Relevant financial interests may include securities, options, debt, digital assets, business relationships, referral arrangements, gifts, compensation, or other exposure connected to a covered issuer, project, counterparty, or industry.
Material interests should be disclosed close to the affected research and updated when they change. A disclosure does not eliminate bias; it gives readers information needed to evaluate it.
Ephesus Research does not accept issuer- or company-specific payment in exchange for coverage, favorable treatment, an analytical conclusion, a valuation range, or suppression of criticism.
General reader support funds the research platform and does not purchase editorial control, exclusive findings, or preferential access to market-sensitive work.
Sources, assumptions, inferences, and speculation should remain visibly distinguishable. Conflicting evidence should be included when it is material to the conclusion.
A position or prior view must not prevent a correction. Material errors receive a public revision record regardless of whether the correction strengthens or weakens the original thesis.
