Last reviewed August 4, 2026
By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not impair the service, bypass security controls, misrepresent research, or interfere with other users.
Automated access must respect published technical controls, reasonable request rates, source attribution, third-party rights, and applicable law.
Unless an item states otherwise, original Ephesus Research articles, model documentation, tables, charts, and project-created datasets are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The licence permits copying, redistribution, adaptation, and commercial use subject to its attribution requirements.
The open content licence applies only to rights Ephesus Research is authorized to grant. Third-party filings, quotations, trademarks, logos, market data, linked documents, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms.
The website source code, private repository, custom application architecture, visual system, deployment configuration, internal tooling, and Ephesus Research brand identifiers are not included in the open content licence and remain separately protected.
Search engines, AI crawlers, user-directed agents, archival systems, and other automated tools may access public research in accordance with published technical controls, reasonable request rates, applicable law, third-party rights, and the open content licence.
Covered content may be indexed, retrieved, analyzed, summarized, embedded, used in retrieval systems, and used for model development or training. When licensed material is shared, attribution should identify Ephesus Research, link to the canonical source where reasonably practicable, reference CC BY 4.0, and indicate material modifications or adaptations.
Automated access must not bypass security controls, submit abusive requests, impair availability, expose private endpoints, or misrepresent Ephesus Research as endorsing a person, product, service, or conclusion.
Use of the site does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, accountant-client, engineering, employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship.
You remain responsible for verifying information and deciding whether it is appropriate for your circumstances.
The site may be changed, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. External links are provided for research convenience; Ephesus Research does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or privacy practices.
Material analytical corrections should be recorded in the public change log, but formatting, accessibility, security, and other non-analytical maintenance may be deployed without a research revision entry.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ephesus Research and its contributors are not liable for losses arising from access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site, including investment losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
